Me and my wife absolutely love this place the steaks are always good but my wife loves these shrimp an loaded baked potatoes...But most of all we love how the restaurant is clean the atmosphere is wonderful. Melissa Carter the general manager is so sweet and loving she cares about her guest.. Also our server Britani is always outstanding shes upbeat polite she makes you feel like your at home..

Service was good, food was ok...definitely not my top pick restaurant. The soup was awful. 😑

The service was amazing. Julius in griffin was a great waiter and didn’t hover over us but made sure we were good and had everything we needed. The food was amazing as well.

I have never been to this restaurant before. The place was very clean ad the staff were friendly. Julius was our server an hes was very nice. there was another server we had that was also very nice. The food was really good and the portions were more than enough to fill a person up. I recommend this place. It has delicious food, affordable prices and awesome waitstaff.

My cousin and I came to eat lunch & our waiter, Julien I believe was his name, was amazing. Very attentive and on top of making sure we had what we needed. Also was kind to our children. The general manager was also walking around a lot making sure our food came out correctly. Highly recommend the chicken tenders tossed in chipotle sauce! Very yummy! Kids loved the mac-n-cheese.

Megan, Morgan and Angie are off the chain. So helpful, caring and attentive. I needed for nothing. Customer service at its finest. It's like this every time I come in :) I feel so at home when I am here.

I orginally placed an Uber Eats order however after the Uber driver Joshua came by my house only to keep going w/my food. I watched him on my cameras. I had to call & place another order for pick up & the workers Megan was very helpful. She knew exactly whom I was b/c she put together my 1st uber eats order. We ordered the lemon pepper plank salmon & chicken pot pie however it did not have any veggies but hearty pieces of chicken. Food was deelish service was great. Thanks Megan

O'Charley's is my favorite restaurant. I love the food. The customer service was awesome. When I went, I was not eating starch or sugar. I was having a hard time deciding what to eat. He made a suggestion for a half size California Cobb Salad. He said omit the sugared pecans, croutons and blue cheese and add a vinaigrette dressing. . I was like this might be ok. I can't remember his name, because I am writing this review a week later. But his first initial is J. The salad arrived. I was expecting a bunch of lettuce. This salad exceeded my expectations! A great choice. The half size salad looked like a full size salad. The salad was very yummy! It did not disappoint.

We had such an amazing waitress! Her name is Linsey and all i can say is i wish i had given her an even bigger tip! If you eat there definitely ask to be seated in her section!!

We had nice and quick service at lunch on a Saturday. Our waitress was Haley H. She was a doll! Very sweet and attentive. We enjoyed our meal very much and it was a great value for the portion and quality. My husband had the salmon and I had chicken tenders. Both meals were delicious.

So glad Ms Angies’s back! She’s a wonderful manager that really cares for the patrons and staff. My husband and I had dinner here last night. My sirloin steak was perfectly cooked and my husband said his chicken Parmesan pasta was some of the best he’s ever had. Ms Angie came and checked on our food and service. Our service was great and I really appreciated the management interaction. Will definitely dine here again and again!

I went to O'Charley's for the first time. When we walked in the greeter/ hostess asked how many in our party sns gave us a wait time. Our waitress was nice fast and efficient (I wish I remembered her name) The food was good, hot and came out fast. The restaurant was busy but you wouldn't think so with how quickly the food came out

Food was SOO good n I loved my server. We had a tiny problem with one of the cups but the store manager was helpful n sweet. She got us a new drink and brought fresh bread. This place was really good, i recommend 10/10

Melissa carter, is one of the best of i must say, always so hospitable and so sweet!! Sweet to my baby we will go back just to see her!

Great Place to eat and have parties. The food, staff and atmosphere is great! The best servers and management staff you can have. They really care about you and your issues. If you have not been here, you should go give them a try!!!

Always enjoy eating at O'Charley's! Megan has the best personality and always works so hard to meet the need of her customers. The grilled salmon is my favorite meal!
